Dear Traders,
This is an important operational update regarding our live deployed strategies.
From tomorrow onwards, the live shared codes of Silver, Natural Gas Mini, and Stock Options strategies will temporarily stop working.
The reason is simple but important.
We are withdrawing funds from Shoonya (Finvasia) and moving completely to Dhan for strategy deployment.
Why This Decision?
Many of you know that the brokerage structure in the two brokers is different:
• Shoonya (Finvasia): ₹5 per order
• Dhan: ₹20 per order
At first glance, Shoonya looks cheaper.
However, the events of last Friday changed the equation completely.
Due to the broker execution glitch, our strategies missed potential profits of nearly ₹1,00,000 on that single day.
Think about that for a moment.
All the brokerage savings we were enjoying by paying ₹5 instead of ₹20 were completely wiped out in just one day because of execution failure.
In systematic trading, execution reliability is more important than brokerage savings.
A strategy can tolerate slightly higher brokerage.
But it cannot tolerate missed trades.
That is why we have decided to move completely to Dhan going forward.
Transition Period
The transition process will take approximately:
3 to 4 days
During this time:
• Funds will be withdrawn from Shoonya
• Strategies will be redeployed in Dhan
Important Point About Strategy Data
Once we redeploy strategies on the new broker:
⚠️ Previous strategy performance data will not continue.
Because strategies will start fresh on the new broker, the performance records will begin from the new deployment date.
This is normal whenever a broker migration happens in algorithmic trading.
