Important update — Make sure all strategies are in Active mode Due to a Tradetron glitch some strategies may be stuck in Live-Entered. Follow the quick steps below to fix it immediately.
Step-by-step fix
Open the strategy page.
Click the three dots (⋯) on the right.
From the menu choose Exit → confirm. (This will change the strategy to Exited.)
Click the three dots (⋯) again and choose Reactivate → confirm.
Verify the Status: it must show Active (green). If it shows anything else, repeat the Exit → Reactivate steps.
If Reactivate is missing or the status won’t change, take a screenshot and share it in the group (or contact Tradetron support).
Tip: After reactivating, refresh the page to confirm the Status displays Active in green.
