RETAIL ALGO TRADER • PERFORMANCE REVIEW • 10 OCTOBER 2026

Seven Algo Strategies.
Net Returns. Full Transparency.

A closer look at our selected equity, Natural Gas and Crude Oil strategies — with average monthly returns, drawdowns and the original reports available to download.

We reviewed numerous strategies and built this collection around two considerations: a positive current month and the longest available performance history. The purpose is to make the evidence easy to inspect: how much a strategy earned, how uneven the journey was, and how long recovery took.

The selection snapshot: Six reports show positive October returns through 9 October 2026. One supplied report, 529 Crude, shows a negative October and is presented separately as a watchlist exception. October is still in progress.

What “net returns” means here

All figures below use the PDFs’ Net of costs setting, with statutory and exchange charges applied, including STT/CTT as relevant to the segment. The Cost Lab shows brokerage, slippage and other per-order charges set to zero. Subscription and platform fees are not shown as deductions. These are therefore net returns on the reports’ stated cost assumptions; a subscriber’s actual result can differ.

ROI uses each report’s stated capital/margin base. The different histories and capital bases mean these percentages should not be added together or treated as a tested portfolio return. Monthly averages include partial calendar months and are not promised monthly income.

Read the drawdown before the return

There are two different percentage bases in these reports. ROI is measured against the stated starting capital; drawdown percentage is measured from peak equity. For example, the Creator Favourite Natural Gas report shows a ₹70,213 maximum rupee drawdown and a 14.94% maximum percentage drawdown. ₹70,213 is also about 46.8% of its ₹1,50,000 starting capital. The largest rupee and percentage drawdowns can occur in different episodes.

A 98-trading-day underwater spell also tells a different story from a single losing day. Recovery time affects the discipline needed to keep following a strategy. The PDFs preserve the losing months, equity curves and recovery history so readers can assess that journey themselves.

Our filter is a shortlist, not a forecast. Selecting strategies after seeing their returns introduces selection bias. A positive current month does not establish that the next month will be positive. The shorter equity and Mini histories deserve more observation, and combining several energy strategies does not by itself prove diversification.
